Absolutely Ridiculous

I’m trying to get my Internet lowered, and I’m trying to obtain some television. I got passed through 7 different people. No one can explain to me the pricing. The pricing is different on every single person I’ve talked to. And then they had the [Edited: Language] to tell me “don’t worry we can offer you 12 months free for a mobile line”.  In what world would I ever want a mobile line if you can't even get your internet/TV info correct? AND “sorry seems like we haven’t updated the pricing on our website so what you’re seeing is wrong”. How was that my fault? You show pricing on your site, that should be what it is. So you're being deceptive? It’s insane and absurd. My fault for ever coming back to y’all from AT&T. Insane.
