Absolutely infuriating "customer service"

As a brand new customer who switched from spectrum, so far I am not happy at all. I was setting up a cable box and a wifi modem and the wifi was easy, the cable kept giving errors (still is) it is impossible to talk to human to help [Edit: All Caps], their a.i. kept giving me the run around to avoid me actually reaching customer service and my issue has not been resolved. I do not recommend, people, stay with any company you find that actually cares about its customers.
