Absolutely horrendous customer service

Terrible customer service from an individual named Tiara or a name close to that. Quite frankly dont care. Dont hang up on your customers who spend an arm and a leg for your services. Xfinity you need to stop outsourcing for employees. You make enough to pay Americans for these jobs that would provide a 100x better experience. How are you going to call me, then just hang up on me after i ask a question? Rude.
