absolute worst customer service, lied to me and took my money.
This is the absolute worst company with THE WORST customer service. I was charged for an account I no longer have, and was told by 4 different agents on the Xfinity Chat that I will be receiving a refund. It has been refunded to the credit on an account that I no longer have- and the best part is, when I call and talk to people from Comcast (because I can't get in touch with someone from Xfinity on the phone, except that robot,) it says my account is no longer active. The man on the phone told me he couldn't find an account and to reach out to xfinity, and he had to go now to help another person, so just to try and reach out to Xfinity, and proceeded to hang up on me! Such professionalism! If I don't have an account anymore how are they charging me? Honestly ridiculous, the way you have to fight to even get in CONTACT with a real human- and then they are of no use. It is less of the money at this point, and more of the principal- I was charged for an account that is no longer active, and they are ignoring my requests, and treating me extremyl rudely. Xfinity do better. If anyone is even reading this, that is my last hope that I can get some help. If not, here is me saying this- I will NEVER use Xfinity again, now that I am moving to a new apartment. Absolutely worthless company.

Hello @user_puypo5, I understand your complete frustration when it comes to a refund for your cancelled account. I will do all that I can to better this terrible experience you have had so far. To begin, can you please send me the address and name on the account you are speaking of?
