absolute worst company i’ve ever experienced

I have been nonstop trying to get an ACTUAL HUMAN on the phone for 3 days! this is an absolute pathetic way of handling customer service as every single phone number affiliated with the company brings me to a computerized answering machine. All i need is to ask a question about my services.

That is primarily to help direct traffic to proper channels, and assist with many issues as most customers call in regarding concerns that they are able to handle without a direct agent. Often times they just don't know about or how to take advantage of all of our amazing self-service options, such as the world-class Xfinity App. What exactly did you need assistance with today?

Sadly, I have had several phone conversations with humans and my ridiculous problem with xfinity has actually gotten WORSE.
