Above-ground Orange Cable

After the initial install on 8/29/2020 with a temporary above-ground orange cable, there have been two additional install team visits with no decision as to an aerial vs. bury install. My preference is aerial as its a shorter route. No contact info was provided and its now been 20 days since the last status "we'll escalate this to our boss".

 

Please help as I need the permanent install completed ASAP.  thanks...

I have had the same issue. A tree knocked down the cable wire from the pole in my front yard. It's laying on the ground. Two different tech have been out and said they would report this to their boss but it has been a month and the cable is still laying in my yard. Can someone please help asap to resolve this??
