Above ground green communication boxes
hi All. I would really appreciate some help with this. I live in a below ground utility and cable plant community. There are no telephone poles. Recently there are four or five above ground green communication boxes that have sprouted up on private property. No notice or approval asked for or given. I am on the HOA board and trying to figure out who is responsible for them and what they are. I am almost certain they are Xfinity but would appreciate someone reach out to me. Thank you. This is in the Scott Valley neighborhood of Mill Valley, California

During construction, crews will need to access areas where utility lines are located by way of utility easements.
A utility easement grants utility companies such as water, sewer, electric and cable/telecommunications the legal right to access areas of a property for the good of the community. We could help create a request to possibly relocate/convert them to underground boxes.
