Hello @user_43m33n, Thanks for taking the time out of your day to leave a post. I hope your week is off to a great start. Do you remember signing up for a promotion that included a Prepaid card? If so, 90 days from the activation date and the account being in good standing, a prepaid card would be sent out via email.  To look up the status, you can go to Track the status of your incentive here.

user_43m33n  We do have a few gift card options with some promotions right now. You can also double check here on our Incentive tracker, it will show if we sent you any extras like gift cards.

I have an email that I was expecting.  It says to redeem virtual card by pressing the bar or use the URL. Nothing happens when the purple bar is clicked. The URL is crossed out and does not work.  Now what?

Greetings, @user_tti8k4! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about this prepaid card. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

If you received the email containing your virtual card, but the "Redeem" button is not working, you may just have a pop-up blocker or other email security feature in place to prevent you from clicking on unknown or suspicious email links. You may need to find a workaround to tell your email program the sender is safe. The email should have come from "yourcard @xfinityincentivetracker . com" Was that the email you are referring to?
