To unlock your Xfinity Mobile device, there are a few requirements to keep in mind:
- The device must be active for at least 60 days
- It needs to be fully paid off
- The account must have no past-due balance
- The device can’t be reported lost or stolen
Once those are met, devices are typically unlocked automatically within about 48 hours after the final payment.
