Able to log in, however Xfinity keeps logging me out and unable to access email or mobile information. Getting an outage note from Xfinity

Hi to Xfinity,

For the past 4 days I have been able to log in and then the Xfinity system automatically logs me out. Can't access my email or any of my mobile information. The message from Xfinity says:

'We are currently experiencing an outage and technical difficulties. Account functionality may be limited at this time. Thanks for your patience while we figure it out."

What is happening, this has been going on for over 4 days.?
