A tree is resting on the cable lines

A tree in our yard has fallen and is resting on and only being held up by the cable.  I am concerned that the cable will snap. I am concerned to remove the tree with any company unfamiliar with the lines as I'm concerned about safety. Please help to urgently remove the tree.

Thank you for your expedient help.

Comcast doesn't do tree removal.  You will have to contact a tree removal service to take down the tree at your expense.  I can assure you, they do know how to do this safely.  Once done, if the cable line needs repairing Comcast can take care of that.
