A tree in my property is growing around a Xfinity wire. What shall I do

I have two Xfinity boxes in my property (easement) . Not a big deal. 

But one of my spontaneous trees is growing around a suspended wire and is risking ti pul it down when it is windy. I am sure it is Xfinity as I was told by some Xfinity employees in the area.

I have tried to call a private company to cut down the tree at my expenses but refuse to touch it because they are afraid to do damage and say I must call Xfinity.

Can anybody help ?
