A tree fell and knocked down a cable wire next to our house and I can't find a way to report this on Xfinity's website or call center.

The limb, which is more like half of a tree, is suspended in the air, resting on the cable which did not fall to the ground.  A small portion of the cable is on the ground but the  cable is keeping most of the limb from falling to the ground.  It is the very large, thick cable and there is also a steel wire helping to hold everything up between the poles

@user_a11ce5

Is the tree still on the wire or is the wire clear of the tree?  I ask because Comcast/Xfinity doesn't do tree removal.
