A road crew cut my cable.

It happened about 27 hours ago. I chatted with a support tech yesterday who said she would have a technician phone me. I have never received a call.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
