a real live person

I see several others are having the same issue as me. The automated system takes me in circles. There is no help available for my issue. No contact information on the Xfinity website and when you google it none of the numbers take you to a live person. One actually takes you to a busy signal.  I have never experienced this with Xfinity in the past and they've always been good about negotiating rates for Internet, but now my bill goes up every month with no explanation. Cannot reach anyone and the stupid robots answering the chats are worthless. Whoever came up with this idea of no human interaction is [Edited: "Language/Inflammatory"] and they will lose customers.
