a person to talk to about changing my plan

I've tried for four days to see what other plans are available but the web page "Change my plan" doesn't ever load. The app is useless. When I call I get a person in Asia, that's right, she said Asia, who knows nothing. There supposedly is an executive whose job is to make the customer experience better, but he doesn't have a phone or email (for obvious reasons). It can't be an accident that I've spent days getting nowhere. Is there any one home?

It seems a deliberate policy of providing as little customer service as possible.
