A not authorized cancellation
We received this email twice and I did not nor do not authorize a cancellation. I don't understand why it's so hard to get in touch with someone about this. The phone line to call immediately cuts out upon calling.
"We received your cancellation request, and we're on it
Thank you for being an Xfinity customer. While we might not be the right fit for you at this time, know that we're here for you if anything changes. While we process your request, you can view your cancellation details below and check out our Cancellation Guide for even more information. You'll find details about returning your equipment, keeping your On Demand purchases and Xfinity Mobile service, and more.
If you feel that you have received this email in error, or did not request to cancel your Xfinity services, please call us immediately at 1-800-XFINITY."

Hi user_wupf4l, thanks for reaching out here on the community forums! I'd be more than a little concerned too if I received an email stating I requested a cancellation without actually doing so. The first thing I would check is the sender's email address to make sure it's legitimate. We'd also be more than happy to take a look on our side to make sure nothing is out of place! Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll dig in!
