I had to switch out my X1 box on my TV service today now when I try to watch television it comes up with a voice telling me what episode and date I am watching I don't need that on how do I get rid of it

I had to switch out to a new X1 box because all the sudden every morning when I got up to turn the TV on the only way I could get voice was if I unplugged the box so I have a new box now
