a live customer service assistant
Exfinity sent me info to check over about Barry and cables in my yard. There is information that is incorrect and I can’t get a live body on the phone to let them know not to dig out my sprinkler system. I have called six times and I am beyond upset I cannot get a live person on the phone. I just signed a five-year contract this morning when I had repairs done at my house and I’m furious.
