A human to come to my home and speak to me

There are several lines running to my home from previous accounts and a dish on my home. I need to know which ones I can remove. Hanging very close to roof

user_or8lq0 Thank you for stopping in for help with lines to your home. We would not have anything to do with the dish most of the time that is purchased by the homeowner to use with a satellite TV service. As for lines, do you have any that run along the side of your home to a gray box that might have Xfinity on it?
