A change for the better?

Don't mean to jinx this but ...

Many, many years ago Xfinity (then just Comcast) provided very good support. Then in the last decade or so, maybe longer, it was basically a [Edited: "Language"]. Endless menus and long, long wait times.

Has this all changed recently? Had an issue with the cable line from the street being damaged. Called and spoke to a knowledgeable agent after a minute wait. They scheduled service and in two days a very pleasant tech was here and ran a temporary line. Xfinity followed up immediately and scheduled a crew to bury the line in the next couple of weeks.

For years, Xfinity support has been trashed but hopefully this has now changed. Fingers crossed.
