9 days to get a repair appointment
See ticket ECM0001930003 Have lost internet for the second time in less than a month. I'm being told that the earliest possible appointment for repair is June 5th. Nine days to get a repair appointment! That is unacceptable. ClearWave fiber is now in my neighborhood and I believe I will probably sign up as a result of this. Comcast customer support is failing miserably
