8th Agent already changed the story

I have the transcript ready and I'm ready to file through FCC compliant form because they promised they will send me $200 visa gift card for transferring the phone from Verizon company to this company. I never got it. I got it transferred on May 24th. Now it is June 23rd! I'm getting really aggravated with liars already.

I'm asking about this, but I think you have to wait 90 days before you get that card, and then it might take a week or two before you actually get it.

@Again​ I meant i never got the email to fill out to receive the gift card. They told me like fourth different stories already.

AS long as the gift card was properly added into the order when setting up services, then you will be able to track your eligibility and progress via our Xfinity Incentive Tracker. You'll use your 16-digit Xfinity Account number to search, even when it comes to Mobile rewards.
