88 yr old veteran pays $236 a mo for landline phone and basic cable. WHAT does XFINITY do for VETERAN SENIORS? NOTHING!!
I called Xfinity today and was on the phone for over an hour, trying to get my 88 yr old parents bill reduced from $236 a mo. This is the largest bill they have monthly.
What does Xfinity do to help military seniors who are on fixed income? APPARENTLY NOTHING!
I know so many companies, organizations and the government that have programs for military veterans and seniors on FIXED INCOMES. Apparently, Xfinity DOES NOT GIVE BACK or have ANY such PROGRAMS. They give a one-time $50 Visa card for military. Serious!! That's it?? You can apply for the ACP program, which is funded by the government. How long have you been a profitable business?

@user_6pfikb Hello there! Please give my thanks to your parents for their service and commitment to our safety and freedom. I would love to help out and check over the account to see what changes and adjustments can be made. I would also be happy to share your feedback with our leaders to try and develop more programs with Xfinity for our military veterans and seniors. Being on a fixed income and the prices of everything continuing to increase I understand that something has to give. Please let me take a look and see what options we have, that amount sounds way too high for someone with limited services like this.
