800CCC0E connection error in Outlook for one (not all) of my comcast email addresses

I have multiple Comcast email addresses that I check via Outlook.  I've had all email accounts for ~12 years.  Without explanation, one of them has stopped allowing synchronization.  I have tried changing port settings as described in help articles, but outlook says there was an error and could not save the settings.  I cannot seem to check this account via webmail either.  I'm stuck in xfinity assistant he** and would like personalized assistance.  the assistant only seems to know about one of the accounts.  This account is associated with one of my secondary users.

Happy Friday user_9951fb 👋 I definitely know how important it is to keep my emails where they're most convenient, so I'm happy to help make sure everything with your Comcast email address is working as it should. If you're able to, please try accessing your email directly through Xfinity Connect, and let me know if all your most recent emails are appearing there like normal.

I can't get it there either.  It wants me to set up the account manually, and when I try the recommended settings, it won't connect.

I tried changing the password and that's not working either

"the entered crediential or authentication info does not work or are no longer accepted by provider.  please change them. "

I just did and it still won't work

I'd like you to use the Xfinity Connect link provided and attempt to sign in using your Xfinity ID and password, not anything through Outlook at this time. If you're unable to sign in, the Xfinity website should simply communicate a message about your sign-in information being incorrect, or provide a notice that your password needs to be reset. Please let me know if you're able to log in at the Xfinity Connect link.

it appears that the password was the issue and that more time was needed for it to propagate all the way through the system.  I can now see email on that account in webmail, and it looks like outlook is updating too.
some notice about needing to change the password would have been helpful as I've been fighting this for 2 weeks.

problem is now solved.

Excellent! Glad to hear that you can see your email on the website and through Outlook. If you run into any other issues, please submit a new post, so we can assist. Have a great rest of your day!
