Hi, we don't have a service for the past 8 days. There is also no estimations for solving the problem and no way to contact a representative.

Can you make sure to pay attention to this problem?

I see an update that your services should be fixed by 4 PM. This is a soft ETA, so it may change if the techs run into any issues. I can get you to a supervisor if you want but they will tell you what me and my colleagues have been telling you.
