Received a $75 debit card in the mail and want to know what should I do with it and if I spend the money would I owe it back?

@user_225bb6 Did you receive a gift card that was associated with your Xfinity service? If you received a Visa gift card you can use that as you please.

@XfinityJamie it just says Xfinity debit $75 promotional and it has my name on it

@user_225bb6 Thank you for confirming the information regarding your Visa gift card. You can use it as you would any other Visa gift card. If you would like I can look at your account, and see what specifically you received it for. You can also pull your Customer Agreement on your Xfinity.com account, that will also identify any Visa gift card that was included with any promotions. To get started, please send a Direct Message with your full name and service address.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
