75% off mobile accessories

Hello,

I redeemed the 75% off mobile accessories in store only so I have a code. I went to the xfinity store and they had no knowledge or which accessories I could use it on. Every accessory I tried to purchase they said it wasn’t valid for. They also said, I was the 2nd person that it didn’t work for. Then they said there’s nothing they can do. I called into customer service and bounced around multiple departments and still no one can seem to help me.

Have you contacted our Mobile department directly? They are currently closed, but if you call during business hours I am sure you would be able to be helped out regarding the scenario as they can take a look into the situation closer. Let us know if you need the contact number/ hours of operation. We are here to help as much as we can!

@XfinityMartinB​ I did contact them and 2 layers of managers too. No one can figure this out. They suggested I go to the rewards center (which is where I got the coupon originally) but there’s no way to contact them

To send the requested information:

Can you please post if you were able to use this after contacting cust service. I also redeemed same reward, but I do not want to drive into the store, only to find out the store have no idea what I am taking about.

You can always reach out to us for help with your Xfinity Rewards redemptions if you're experiencing issues with promotions working properly. In this case, it looks like this was a limited-time offer for Sept 29th and 30th only, and has expired.

 

That said, your Xfinity Rewards benefits are new every month, so I would definitely keep an eye out for what October has in store for our amazing customers such as yourself!

Did you get this sorted? Please post the response or "resolution" if you get a moment. There's almost always lack of communication between departments on this stuff and I too need to find somebody who actually knows how this reward works. The stores won't have any info or awareness about this, they never do.

Disappointing but kind of expected. Not their fault, Xfinity never gives solid information to their reps about promos/offers. I'm seeking answers as well. If possible, please let me know (DM if you'd like) if/when you ever get a helpful response regarding the reward.

Does your offer also say in-store-only? Some service centers do not offer Xfinity Mobile products. You can find a store that does here https://comca.st/3V00Kpx.

@user_1b57a5​ no update yet. They are “looking into it”. Also a woman over the weekend promised me she’d call me at noon today….it’s Comcast so you know that didn’t happen. Honestly at this point, why even offer the deal when no one can use it and they’ve spent 7 internal hours of 4 people looking into this. My savings was going to be $90.

@XfinityJay​ the offer does say in store online. I went to the store and they had no knowledge of the promo. Tried the code I had, said it didn't work. I asked if they would honor it and do a manual adjustment and they said they aren't allowed to do that. Hence the posting here. I was also the 2nd person who tried to use this promo with no avail in that store.
