7 outages in 4 weeks

What is going on??!! Another outage today. This is the 7th outage in 4 weeks. Outages (all 2025) Nov 13, 19, 21-22, Dec 4-5, 7, 9, 10 (today). I've had enough. I work from home and this has significantly impacted my ability to work from home. Now I'm not "allowed" to talk to a human until the outage is resolved. What is going on and why is this not fixed. I've been patient long enough.
