7 months of exposed wires.

I moved to a new  gated community where I do not have Xfinity cable , however i do have Xfinity products. I have been in my residents for 7 months and comcast has not came by to ground the exposed wires. The cable is laying across my driveway and a kid outside playing the other day tripped over the cord and bust his tooth. Now I have the parents wanting to take legal action against me for the trip hazard. I called comcast a few times and a work ticket was made, however the work ticket had been closed(nobody knows why it was closed). Please for the last time come ground this wire.

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_w49elb Our team can definitely assist with this wire issue and get another ticket created if needed. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address and the ticket number, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
