5-yr plan renewal problem

Last year I opted into a 5-year plan. It would give the same services, same price, for 5 years. I was told to just call before the anniversary date to renew, same price, same services. I have called several times now, each time getting no acknowledgement of such a plan. I got my agreement number from the agents but they could not access it. I cannot find that agreement online on the Xfinity site. Since I only get more expensive offers for the same service, I would like to solve this issue and not have to deal with it for another 4 years, and not spend another 3+ hours on the phone. Thanks for any help Xfinity!

Thank you EG.  When I made the post I did not see the categories that I wanted available. For instance, my plan includes several services, not individual ones. Thanks for helping get this post to where it needs to go.
