I received a $5.99 0f coupon in the mail. When I go to redeem it, I am asked for a code. There is no code on the mailer. How do I redeem the coupon?

Comcast has been very, very busy . . . ignoring the many messages that have been received here in the Forums asking this question.
If the instructions that came with the coupon don't work and an employee doesn't come to your rescue here, you might try calling Billing at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or using the Chat option on https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/, and asking the rep to apply the credit to your account.
You might review https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/register-xfinity-coupons, but I don't think you'll get much help there.
