$500 Virtual Gift Card

Hello, I signed up for Xfinity Mobile at the end of September 2025. The promotion to sign up included 1 year of free data and a $500 virtual Mastercard. It has been approximately 90 days since activation and I haven't received any information through my email on file about the card. I've been checking spam as well. I found the tracker and nothing came up for my account info.

Can someone from Xfinity please help?

I don't see anything when I enter my info. I even tried my mobile account number.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
