500 Mbps Plan: 117 Mbps Upload in Broadband Facts, but 35 Mbps at Checkout

I’m considering switching to Xfinity’s 500 Mbps unlimited plan. The Broadband Facts label shows ~117 Mbps typical upload, but the final checkout page says upload speeds up to 35 Mbps. I’m using an approved Hitron CODA56 and currently get ~179 Mbps upload on my legacy plan. Can Xfinity confirm what upload speed I’ll actually receive before I change plans?
