$50 virtual prepaid card promotion
When I signed up for Xfinity internet service in December, it was supposed to come with a $50 virtual prepaid card. It has now been over 14 weeks since activation, and I still have not received it.
I checked the reward tracker and found no indication that the card has been delivered or is coming.
How do I get the $50 I was promised?
