5 years of paying for RETURNED equipment. Feeling scammed. Need live afent

I need to speak with a live agent (but cannot talk on the phone currently as my toddler is sick and loud). I discovered recently that I have been paying EVERY MONTH for equipment that I returned 5 years ago as well as the current equipment I’m using. I feel completely scammed. The agent I spoke to on the phone said she can only credit my account for 3 months. I find that absolutely ridiculous. Who can I discuss a solution with before I switch providers?

I completely understand the frustration with the billing situations, and did want to confirm our typical billing dispute is 120 days and outlined on monthly bills. I'd definitely like to look into the equipment charges further, and since I would need to gather some information we don't want in our public conversation.
