5 year price lock?

I thought I recently signed up for a plan that has a 5 year price lock, but I can't find a confirmation of that anywhere in my account files. I do see that the monthly charge is being updated according to that plan I signed up for coming up. Does my plan have a 5 year price lock or not and if not - am I able to get it?

Let me know.

Thanks!

Hello user_sc2zde. Our new 5-year pricing guarantees are awesome! Glad to hear you were looking into those. When you made the change to this plan, we should have gotten your approval by text message, or email. Did you do the electronic approval? If so, once completed a confirmation email should have been sent to your primary email address within 24-hours. As far as confirmation on your end. If you go on the Xfinity App, or the Xfinity website under services, it should show your current plan, and plan details. Please let me know if this helps.

I did get a confirmation of the service change, but there was no mention of a 5 year price lock in that confirmation, and I can't find any such confirmation in my account anywhere. Is this something I should contact customer service to confirm?

Let me know.

Thanks!

@user_sc2zde If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
