I'm an existing Xfinity fiber customer with the XER10 and 2 Gbps symmetrical service. I'd like to know whether my existing fiber connection can support a higher residential speed tier, particularly 5 Gbps symmetrical.

If not, could you open a Gigabit x10 serviceability request and determine whether my address is eligible, along with any installation costs?
