5 months of interrupted service with no resolution

Good afternoon.  My name is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I have been a customer for probably 30+ years (26 at this address).

For the past 5 months I have not been able to watch a sporting event, movie or show without having to restart my modem or refresh my cable box multiple times. Some days there is no service at all, including internet.

I have had 4 appointments with technicians and each time the issue is not fixed.  Each tech said that their boss, [Edited: "Personal Information"], would reach out to me to fix.  The first 2 technicians said that my issues are the result of having a land line phone (from Xfinity) and that no-one uses land lines anymore.  I have not received the services that I have paid over $2000 for and will be filing a formal notice of dispute and requesting a chronic outage service credit.  There have also been 5 days that I have taken off of work to be at home waiting for a tech (one day a tech called me to to say that he had the correct equipment to fix my issue and that he would come out to install it but did not show.  this was not an official appointment from Xfinity customer service).

Please reach out to me to discuss as soon as possible possible.  [Edited: "Personal Information"] OR [Edited: "Personal Information"]
