I’ve delivered six routes since the Severe weather. NES, Usps, Google Fiber, AT&T are all out repairing, cleaning up and getting caught up. Xfinity is nowhere to be seen. Meanwhile, Customer suffer five days without Internet. No updates on the outage. Outage box says “restoration time: ASAP.” ROTFLOL
Chat bot says “ Severe weather may have affected your connection. When it’s safe to do so we will come out and repair it” So I guess it’s safe for everyone else except Xfinity.
