Hi coachkevin2433, we have a few options to choose from when trying to replace your equipment. The fastest way is to go into your local Comcast service center and swap the equipment out there. If you don't have time to stop by a store or if the nearest service center is too far we can ship the equipment to you as well. Lastly, we can get a tech to come out and install the boxes for you.
