4k Cable Converter Wifi

I got an email and a letter saying I need to return this after cancelling my service. I never received anything from Xfinity when I was getting my service setup.

Good evening, user_b438a7! I am sorry to hear that you canceled your service. We hope you give us a try again in the future! We are happy to further help with the equipment. The 4K box is often times an Xfinity Flex or Xumo Stream box. Those are typically mailed to you but can also be picked up in a store. Did you have either of those services on your account?

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
