4k box still has not shipped
On February 1st I undated my service and the 4k tv box still has not been shipped. I tried again on March 1st, the ai messager was useless and the 4k tv box still has not shipped. Any updates or advice on how to get the 4k box shipped. Seems like it should have been easy, have never had this kind of problem before.

That is not the experience we want you to have. We typically ship our boxes within 3 - 5 business days, according to our helpful FAQ article Replace-Your-Xfinity-Equipment, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/replace-your-xfinity-equipment, or you can check status of your shipment through our App.
We'd be happy to review your account to check your order status.
Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
