4K box can anyone help?
I upgraded my package and they sent me a new HD box instead of a 4k box. i called 4 times asked for a call back all 4 times and received none of them. today i made an appointment at the xfinity store but arrived to a line 30 people deep, the associate advised i had to wait in line so i left.
How do i get help? i am at wits end, i just need to send back the box that is the same as the one they sent me and my old secondary box for a 4k one that was supposed to be in my new package, also when i signed up the chat person advised i would get 2 of the xfinity pods but none were in the box. basically, does anyone have a way to get help to solve this?!
