4K box can anyone help?

I upgraded my package and they sent me a new HD box instead of a 4k box. i called 4 times asked for a call back all 4 times and received none of them. today i made an appointment at the xfinity store but arrived to a line 30 people deep, the associate advised i had to wait in line so i left. 

 

How do i get help? i am at wits end, i just need to send back the box that is the same as the one they sent me and my old secondary box for a 4k one that was supposed to be in my new package, also when i signed up the chat person advised i would get 2 of the xfinity pods but none were in the box. basically, does anyone have a way to get help to solve this?!

ccAndrew expedited your issue so a Comcast person may soon reply. note that you didn't give the model of the box you got. Pods are offered as needed when you have xfi Complete. Their system uses the gateway/modem to determine service level to your devices and then offers Pods as needed determined by their survey.

Someone messaged a week ago and no response, went to the store the other day, made an appt and it had 30 people in line inside that i was supposed to wait behind. i am just exhausted by this process after being "upsold" to a better package.
