4.5 hours on Messenger & no resolution
4.5 hours of around & around we go with up to 30 minutes between them replying. Gave account number. They somehow come up with my sons account. I sent sceenshots showing MY email plus account number . Tried to add new cell to account. Still waiting 2 hours later for code. Did resend. Still waiting. How did they link 2 accounts? He had an account & moved. Possible they did a transfer of service? I am who is contacted for payment etc. I set the account up . Total waste of entire afternoon. Obviously must be done in person to get a resolution to inquire about a lower rate. 😡😡😡 Beyond infuriating
