40th time Iv'e contacted you. (exaggerated, but feels like it)
When I signed up for Xfinity mobil, I was told that Xfinity would pay for what I had left on my Iphone. I have actually sent you my verizon bill 5 times, and have spoken to customer service more times than I can remember, and still I get no response back. My last conversation gave me a Ticket #: [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I explained my situation and they said someone would get to me in 7-10 days. No one has and it's way over ten days. Maybe by sending you this email, I will finally get my money. [Edited: "Personal Information"]
