$400 promotional visa card expired

My $400 promotional visa card expired before I could use it. (My mom died the same week it arrived and I had a lot going on.) Is there any way to get a replacement card?

Was this a promotional visa card for Xfinity Mobile, or Xfinity residential services (TV, Internet, Voice, and Home Security)?

@XfinityTravis​Thank you very much for your kind words. It was an Xfinity Mobile card that I got as a $200 per line promotion when I brought my mom's phone line over to Xfinity along with mine last year. After I posted this note I was able to confirm that I spent $399, leaving just $1 on the card. At least there was a balance on the card, which enabled me to log in and see the last 5 transactions. A little trip down memory lane. As I said, I've been a little discombobulated over the past year! Sorry to bother you.
