$400 GIFT CARD NOT RECEIVED
I opened an account with xfinity because they partnered up with the ACP program and the incentive during the time (September 13th,2023) was a gift card in the amount of $400 and I still have yet to receive my gift card. My account has never been delinquent and I've made all 3 payments consecutively and on time. Xfinity is dishonest and breaching contracts with its loyal customers. I spoke to a representative on my 2nd months billing cycle before my 3rd billing cycle and the representative said everything looks good and I’d be receiving an email with prompts to my gift card being sent out to my residence. Now that it’s the 3rd billing cycle I’m getting the run around, nobody knows nothing, nobody can find the promotion, supervisors and managers are no help as well. I paid for the most expensive plan the $70 Gigabit Extra plan and this plan came with the incentive of a $400 gift card. It was a banner that popped up on your website, Xfinity has to honor this because it’s the very reason why I went into contact to open an account with this entity. You promoted it, I’m just a loyal paying customer, and I want my $400 gift card incentive sent to my residence immediately. This is illegal to offer promo for business contract and contract not be obliged by both parties. This is a breach of contract, and I feel discriminated against.

The concern is not "E-mail" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
