4 weeks since Xfinity tech put in cable line order and still no dig scheduled.

Xfinity tech came out to our new house on May 3rd and said we'd need a new underground cable. He said it could take upwards to 3 weeks for it all to be completed. Fast forward to May 22nd they emailed me and said the permit was accepted and utilized has been marked, now they just need to schedule the dig. It's been 12 days since that email and they haven't even SCHEDULED the dig. The initial tech said this could be a 3 week process and it's been over 4 weeks and we aren't even close to getting Internet. They never even installed a temporary Internet line. What is going on?

Thanks for connecting with us here in our community about the cable line, @user_9arnjn. We can understand your concerns for the delay. As you may know, permitting is just one part of the process, and other steps require planning and scheduling as well. We'd be happy to look into this further for you.
