4 Phones stuck in SOS - 4 agents deleted no sims please help

Have 4 phones all went sos 3 agents later (after telling them to escalate) 2 phones with sims deleted and now wont reinstall. 4 phones no service. I rely on my phone for dispatch.

In my haste I forgot to mention the customer support rep I told I didn't want to purchase an internet upgrade while I waited. My modem restarted twice back to back. It appears the imei numbers have had digits removed or something. I don't know. Still on the phone for an hour and half now. After 3 agents online.
